Mazarine Guilbert x DM Training

From Belgian champion to European elite: Mazarine begins her next chapter

She trained, pushed through, never gave up — and once again became Belgian champion.

For Mazarine Guilbert, it wasn’t the finish line, but the start of something new.

After a short week of rest, she’s back in full training this week. Her next goal is clear: the European Championship at the end of May in Bulgaria. It’s a big step — her first race in the elite category (+23), facing the very best in Europe.

At DM Training, we follow her with genuine admiration. Not just for what she achieves, but for the quiet strength with which she does it — year after year. She represents exactly the kind of power and dedication we believe in.

A track record to be proud of

Mazarine is no one-hit wonder. In the U23 category, she already achieved impressive results:

🏅 Multiple-time Belgian champion

🥉 Bronze at the 2023 European Championships (U23)

🥉 Bronze at the 2024 World Championships (U23)

Her recent national title wasn’t a surprise — it was confirmation. Now, she’s fully focused on the elite European Championship.

A moment that says it all

Standing on the podium, medal in hand. A powerful symbol of her recent victories — and of the new challenge ahead.

Rowing: not the loudest sport, but one of the most admirable

To the untrained eye, rowing might look like just a boat on the water.

But look closer, and you’ll see:

the control of every muscle, the rhythm of breath, the focus in the eyes, the tension in the shoulders.

Rowing is a dance between strength and control. Between explosive power and calm.

And Mazarine speaks that language fluently.

Those who follow her on Instagram (@mazarineguilbert) are taken into breathtaking scenes: misty mornings, glassy water, a woman alone in her boat, fighting fatigue, wind and expectations.

And always: moving forward.

As a brand, we want to help bring visibility to women in underrepresented sports like rowing.

Doing that with someone as passionate and driven as Mazarine makes it even more meaningful.

"I’ve been doing this for years, quietly. Just training, moving forward. It means a lot to have a brand help shine a light on my sport. That really motivates me." – Mazarine Guilbert

Follow her journey

In the coming weeks, we’ll take you behind the scenes of her path to the European Championships — from training and recovery to mental focus and love for rowing.

Because it’s time. Time to give female rowers the recognition they truly deserve.
